The Company was today informed that Philip Machray, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 27,766 Ordinary Shares of 28 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 54 pence per Ordinary Share on 21 September 2023.
Following this purchase, Mr. Machray is interested in 127,766 Ordinary Shares representing 0.53% of the Company's issued share capital.
