As at 30th November 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of 944,492,180 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 182,563,567 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th November 2024, the total number of voting rights in The Mercantile Investment Trust plc is 761,928,613.

The above figure (761,928,613) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The Mercantile Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
