As previously announced, following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today, the Company confirms that Angus Gordon Lennox has retired from the Board to be replaced by Rachel Beagles as Chair. Graham Kitchen has assumed the role of Senior Independent Director from Rachel.

 

The Board would like to thank Angus Gordon Lennox for his wise counsel and valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure.
