Agreement with Affiliate Window

Continued Build-out of Partnership Model

MoPowered Group plc (AIM; MPOW), the mobile commerce specialist, is delighted to announce that it has agreed a partnership with Affiliate Window, the leading performance marketing network in the UK with nearly 2,000 advertisers across diverse sectors.

With a growing amount of web traffic originating from smartphones, it is increasingly important for performance marketing networks such as Affiliate Window to ensure that its advertisers can effectively convert the mobile traffic that the network drives to their sites. Working with MoPowered, Affiliate Window will be able to ensure that its advertisers now have a first-rate mobile commerce solution in place.

MoPowered's proven Software-as-a-Service platform can be deployed rapidly and without significant upfront cost, enabling online businesses to benefit cost-effectively from the considerable growth opportunities arising from the increasing levels of mobile device-initiated internet traffic hitting their websites.

The partnership with Affiliate Window complements the existing, highly-successful arrangement that MoPowered has built with another performance marketing network, Webgains. Partnerships such as these are helping MoPowered to accelerate its rate of new client acquisition and build up its recurring revenue base rapidly.

MoPowered is a 'Software-as-a-Service' ('SaaS') platform, launched in March 2012, which works with businesses of all sizes, to automate websites and enable mobile commerce. Key distribution partnerships with PayPal, WorldPay and MasterCard enable the Group to access the majority of UK merchants.

The software platform allows automated development of mobile sites rather than custom deployment with the corresponding time and cost advantages. The commercial model is predominantly based on long-term contracted, recurrent revenues.

MoPowered is well positioned to capitalise on the new types of shopping opportunities created by mobile devices. Retailers face significant challenges and are therefore outsourcing to expert mobile partners such as MoPowered. Management believes that half of the e-commerce market has online sales of less than £20m per annum and SaaS solutions are likely to be the best economic alternative for these merchants.
