LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN AWARDS
Molins PLC announces conditional grants, under the rules of the Long Term Incentive Plan, by the Remuneration Committee of the Company on 27 February 2009, of ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to the following directors:

Mr D J Cowen 135,000
Mr R C Hunter 160,000
The realisation of awards in the Plan is dependent on Company performance criteria over the three years ending 31 December 2011.
LAPSE OF AWARDS
Molins PLC announces that the under mentioned awards of conditional grants of ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, made under the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, have lapsed because the performance criteria have not been met.
