Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's largest independent omnichannel used vehicle retailer, hereby notifies the market that, on 1 August 2023, Mary McNamara, a Non-Executive Director of Motorpoint elected to purchase shares in the Company as detailed in the table below. This purchase results in Mary McNamara being interested in a total of 74,600 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.08% of the 90,189,885 ordinary shares in the Company currently in issue.
