Full Year Results deferral in response to FCA Guidelines

Moss Bros Group PLC announces that, in accordance with the temporary relief measures issued by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and Financial Reporting Council ("FRC"), it will be deferring the publication of its Full Year Results for the year ending [25] January 2020 from late May 2020 (as previously announced) until late July 2020.
