Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 12 May 2017 that Brian Brick, CEO of the Company, Tony Bennett, Finance Director and Company Secretary and Sara Gomez, a PDMR of the Company, are intending to participate in an award under the Moss Bros Sharesave Plan 2012 (the "Plan"). This is in addition to the awards made on 12 May 2016.

Under the terms of the Plan, Brian Brick will contribute GBP250 per month, Tony Bennett will contribute GBP250 per month and Sara Gomez will contribute GBP150 per month over a three year period. As at 1st June 2020 the accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the Plan as cash or used to exercise options over the Company's shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at 80.8 pence per share. Assuming full participation in the Plan, Brian Brick, Tony Bennett and Sara Gomez will have 11,138, 11,138 and 6,683 options respectively over the Company's Ordinary Shares.

As at today's date the total beneficial holding of Brian Brick and his connected persons is 1,787,534 Ordinary Shares which represents 1.8% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Tony Bennett and Sara Gomez do not hold any Ordinary Shares.
