Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Brian Brick, Chief Executive of the Company, today sold 48,638 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 55p pence per Share. This sale relates to the realisation of the deferred bonus element of Mr Brick's 2009/10 Annual Bonus entitlement which has now vested.

As a result of this sale the total beneficial holding of Brian Brick and his connected persons in the Company is 2,219,153 Shares which represents 2.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
