Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") is advised that on Thursday 23 May 2008 Mr Rowland Gee, a non-executive director of the Company sold 77,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") in the Company, which were held in the name of Mrs Elizabeth Gee, at a price of 45 pence per share. Mr Rowland Gee now has a total holding of 2,201,385 Shares which represents 2.32% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
