Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today of the following transaction by Maurice Helfgott, a Non-Executive Director.
Maurice Helfgott sold a total of 44,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") and repurchased them into his personal ISA.
The transaction for Maurice Helfgott involved a sale and purchase at an average price of 46.1p per share.
As a result of these transfers, the total beneficial holding of Maurice Helfgott and his connected persons in the Company has not changed, maintaining an interest of 400,727 Shares which represents 0.4% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
