Moss Bros Group PLC07 November 2005 DIRECTOR CHANGE AND TRADING Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") announces that Roddy Murray has resigned asFinance Director with immediate effect. He will remain an employee of theCompany in an advisory capacity to help with the handover of responsibilitiesuntil the end of the year. Keith Hamill, Chairman, said "I would like to thank Roddy for his major contribution over the last three years in turning around the fortunes of the Company. We are disappointed that he is leaving at this point and wish him well for the future. An announcementregarding his successor will be made in due course". The Company is also giving an update on trading. When the Company issued itsInterim Announcement it reported that like for like sales for the first tenweeks of the second half were up 1.5 percent. In line with general experience inits market sector, trading in October was below previous trends and like forlike sales for the first fifteen weeks of the second half are now flat againstthe previous year, with margins maintained.
