Moss Bros Group PLC25 May 2006 STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT BOARD CHANGES Moss Bros Group Plc ("Moss Bros") announces the appointment of Bob Marsh as anIndependent Non-Executive Director. The appointment will take effect from 25 May2006. Bob Marsh is Managing Director of SB Capital Europe and has held seniorexecutive positions with Mothercare, Sears and Jaeger. Commenting on the appointment, Moss Bros Chairman, Keith Hamill said, "We arevery pleased that Bob has agreed to join the Board, particularly as he bringsextensive experience of retailing." Moss Bros also announces that Michael Gee, who joined the Board of Moss Bros in1988 and was previously managing director of Cecil Gee Plc (having joined itsBoard in 1962) and Peter Moss, who joined the Board of Moss Bros in 1975, havenotified the Board that they will retire from the Board on 31 January 2007.
