Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") is advised that on Friday 29 May 2009 Mr David Adams, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") in the Company at a price of 17 pence per share. This holding  represents 0.05% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.

The Company is also advised that on Friday 29 May 2009, Mr Brian Brick, Chief Executive of the Company bought 50,000 Shares in the Company at a price of 17 pence per Share. This holding represents 0.05% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
