Moss Bros Group PLC12 December 2007 Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company) has today received notification from Bagleys Investments Limited pursuant to DTR5.1.2 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006 ("the Rules") that Bagleys Investments Limited hold an interest in 3,204,744 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") of the Company which represents 3.39% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The Company has also received notification from Laura Ashley Limited pursuant toDTR5.1.2 of the the Rules stating that Laura Ashley Limited hold an interest in3,204,744 the Shares of the Company which represents 3.39% of the issuedordinary share capital of the Company and that these Shares were acquired byBagleys Investments Limited.
