Change in Director's Details
The Company announces that as a result of a group restructure Julia Stephens, Company Secretary, will leave Moss Bros with effect from 17 February 2011.
The Board would like to thank Julia for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well for the future.
In accordance with LR 9.6.11, the Company announces that Robin Piggott, the Finance Director of Moss Bros, will be appointed as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
