Board Changes

Appointment Of Corporate Advisers

Moss Bros Group Plc, the UKs No.1 branded suit specialist, announces a number of Board Changes and the appointment of new Corporate Advisers 

Trading Director

The Company today announces the appointment to its main Board of Ciaran McCloskey as Group Trading Director. This appointment will take effect from 1 September 2008. Ciaran joined the Company in June 2007 as Director of Business Development and Retail Operations for the Moss Division of the Company. Prior to this he was Group Trading Director at Mappin and Webb/Watches of Switzerland Group Limited and held senior positions at Matalan plc and before that Burton Group Plc.

Non-Executive Directors

The Company also appointed Mr Brian Brick an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2008. Brian has a wealth of experience in the menswear retail sector having established Speciality Retail Group Limited which he successfully sold in 2005. His knowledge of retailing will help drive the profitability of the Company as well as help focus on its core business.

The Company also advises that Messrs Robert Marsh and Rowland Gee are stepping down from the Company's Board.

Mr Robert Marsh is retiring as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Robert Marsh joined the Board in May 2006 and has supported the Company and the management with his extensive experience of retailing. The Board expresses their gratitude to him for his assistance particularly during the recent offer period.

Mr Rowland Gee has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 22 February 2009. The Board would like to express its thanks to Rowland for his long service to the Company.

Advisers

Following a review of the Company's corporate broking requirements it has appointed Altium Capital Limited as its Corporate Brokers. Altium has a wealth of experience within the retail sector and is well placed to provide the Company with advice and analytical support.

The Company has also appointed Buchanan Communications as its Financial Public Relations consultant. Buchanan will work with the Company to formulate a Financial PR strategy to support the direction and strengths of the Company and ensure that the opportunities are fully maximised. 

The Company has appointed Barclays Bank Plc its Group Banker. This change streamlines the Group's banking facilities giving cost savings and maintaining the important bank support at store level.

These appointments will take effect from 1 September 2008 and the Company is looking forward to working with its new advisers over the coming months.

Notification of Results

The Company will make its interim announcement for the six months ended 26 July 2008 on 25 September 2008.
