Board Change
The Company announces that further to the disposal of his shareholding in the Company announced on Tuesday, Simon Buckingham has stepped down as a Director and CEO with immediate effect, but will continue as an employee of the Company in the role of non-board VP Business Operations. Mark Epstein, Chief Operating Officer, will take over the CEO duties until further notice.
Nigel Burton, Chairman, commented "The Board would like to thank Simon for his contribution to the business and in particular for his contribution towards the recent successful Placing and readmission of the shares to trading. With a recently strengthened Board and management team, Simon will be able to focus on delivering shareholder value in his new role."
