Share Buy Back and Cancellation

Mortice Limited (AIM: MORT), the AIM listed security and facilities management company, announces that on 21 August 2019, it purchased 817,751 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 12 pence per Ordinary Share, bringing the total repurchased under the Exit Facility to 5,189,560.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under the Exit Facility are to be cancelled upon repurchase.

Following the above purchase and cancellation, Mortice has 45,675,147 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and no shares held as Treasury Shares.

All defined terms in this announcement will have the same meaning as those defined in the Circular dated 15 July 2019.
