Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Grant of Performance Share Awards
Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that the following awards over ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company were granted under the the Hostmore plc 2021 Long-Term Incentive Plan to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The awards were granted as Performance Share Awards on 9 June 2022.
The Vesting Date of each Performance Share Award shall be 9 June 2025. The Exercise Period of each Performance Share Award shall expire on 8 June 2032. A two-year Holding Period applies to each of the Performance Share Awards.
The Vesting of each Performance Share Award is subject to Performance Conditions.
The grant of the Performance Share Awards has been made as outlined and in accordance with the Directors' Remuneration Policy published in the Company's annual report and financial statements for the 53 week period ended 2 January 2022.
