Transaction in own shares

Moonpig Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 9 September 2025 it purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each pursuant to its up to £30m share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 2 May 2025.

Description of shares: Moonpig Group plc - ordinary shares of 10 pence

Number of Shares repurchased: 133,300 Shares

Date of transaction: 9 September 2025

Average price paid per Share: 195.8485 pence

Lowest price paid per Share: 194.6000 pence

Highest price paid per Share: 197.6000 pence

Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights will be 324,332,952 (excluding Treasury shares), and the company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The figure of 324,332,952 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
