Transaction in Own Shares
Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC (the "Company") announces that at 16.47 on 25 July 2017 it has purchased for cancellation 500,000 of its ordinary shares of 0.02p each on the London Stock Exchange from Barclays Capital Securities Limited ("Barclays") at a price of 335.8111p per share as part of its buy-back programme announced on 1 March 2017. The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Following the purchase of these shares, the Company has 540,221,784 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 details of the purchase of its own ordinary shares by the Company from Barclays are set out below:
