MONEYSUPERMARKET.COM GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY")
PDMR DEALING NOTIFICATION
On 4 May 2020, the LTIP awards made on 4 May 2017 under the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC LTIP vested following partial achievement of the performance criteria, with 9.6% of the LTIP awards vesting for nil consideration. Details of the number of ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") received by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and subsequent sales or transfers are set out below. The LTIP rules require that sufficient Shares are sold to discharge the tax liability on the Shares vested.
