MONEYSUPERMARKET.COM GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY")
PDMR DEALING NOTIFICATION
On 6 April 2021, the Restricted Share awards made on 5 April 2018 under the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC Restricted Share Award Plan vested. Details of the number of ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") received by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and subsequent sales or transfers are set out below.
