Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("MoneySupermarket" or the "Company") announces that Michael Wemms and Robin Klein will step down from the Board at the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2015.
Michael has been the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director since the listing of the Company in July 2007. Michael chaired the Remuneration Committee of the Board between July 2007 and January 2013.
Robin has been a Non-Executive Director since 21 June 2013.
Rob Rowley, who has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 19 September 2007, will assume the role of Senior Independent Director.
Bruce Carnegie-Brown, Chairman, said: "Michael and Robin leave with the Board's gratitude for their significant contributions to the success of the Company. We wish them both the very best for the future."
In accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that other than fees payable for the period up to 30 April 2015, no remuneration or payment has been or will be made in connection with Michael Wemms or Robin Klein ceasing to be Directors of the Company.
