Monitise plc (LSE: MONI) ("Monitise", the "Company" or the "Group"), the technology and services company delivering mobile banking, payments and commerce networks worldwide, announces that Non-Executive Director Brian McBride is stepping down from the Board of Directors today, 1 November 2012. Mr McBride is taking up his role as Chairman of ASOS plc on 1 November, this is in addition to his current non-executive commitments with the BBC and Computacenter plc and advisory roles at Numis and Huawei UK.
Duncan McIntyre, Chairman of Monitise, said: "The Company would like to thank Brian for his invaluable contribution to the Board during the time he served as a Non-Executive Director."
