Grant of Options

Monitise announces that it has today granted 1,000,000 options over ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to Peter Radcliffe, a member of the Company's executive management team and Chairman, Emerging Markets. The options over Ordinary Shares have been granted under the Company's Performance Share Plan and become exercisable on the third anniversary from the date of grant. Following this grant, Mr Radcliffe will hold a total of 1,000,000 options over Ordinary Shares.
