Monitise plc (LSE: MONI) announces that it was notified that on 18 September 2014, Peter Ayliffe, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 270,270 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27.75p per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Peter Ayliffe is beneficially interested in 520,270 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
