Result of the Annual General Meeting
LONDON - The Board of Monitise plc (LSE:MONI.L) announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today, Tuesday 4 November 2014, all the resolutions set out in the previously published Notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed.
