DIRECTORS' SUBSCRIPTION TO LOAN NOTES
Mode Global Holdings PLC (LSE: MODE), the LSE-listed Fintech Group, announces that further to and with reference to the Company's announcement dated 13 July 2022 titled "Completion of Fundraising" ("Announcement"), the Loan Notes subscribed for by certain directors are as set out below:

The Loan Notes subscribed for by David Shrier are held by Visionary Future LLC, an entity in which Mr. Shrier is an interest holder.
As stated in the Announcement, investors in the Loan Notes will also be issued with Warrants.
