Total Voting Rights following C Share Conversion
Further to the announcement on 7 September 2023, and following the closing of the C Share register at 6 p.m. on 8 September 2023, the Company announces that 532,069,905 New Ordinary Shares will be issued as a result of the Conversion. It is expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at 8:00 a.m. on 12 September 2023.
Consequently, and effective from 12 September 2023, the total number of ordinary shares in issue and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 1,032,499,907. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. No shares are held in treasury.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement will have the same meaning as set out in the Company's prospectus dated 23 March 2021.
