Lending facility services are tobe provided by PJSC Sberbank. GRK Bystrinskoye LLC is the borrower. The facility is arranged by Sberbank CIB in the form of project financingwithout recourse to Norilsk Nickel based on results financial and economicassessment of Bystrinskiy Project. On December 29, 2015 the Company reported the signing of legally-bindinginvestment agreements with the Chinese Highland Fund, that intends toacquire a 13.33% stake in the Bystrinsky project for a total considerationof USD 100 million. The transaction is subject to approval of the FederalAntimonopoly Service of Russia.
