Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, M&G plc's total issued ordinary share capital at 30 September 2022, comprised 2,445,991,168 ordinary shares of 5p each with one voting right per share. M&G plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in M&G plc is 2,445,991,168.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, M&G plc under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
