Metminco Limited ("Metminco" or the "Company") (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) advises that, further to its announcement dated 17 September 2018, it is not yet in position to make an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising and acquisition.

The Company advises that the voluntary suspension will end on the earlier of the commencement of trading (10:00am EST) on ASX on Wednesday 19th September 2018, or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market.

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM remains, and will continue to be, suspended pursuant to Rule 14 of the AIM Rules for Companies as previously advised.
