("TLDH" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
TLDH today announces that 200,000 new ordinary shares have been issued following the exercise, by a former consultant to the Company, of 200,000 options at 4p per share.
The new shares will rank, pari passu, with all existing ordinary shares. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 23 November 2010.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights following the exercise of these options will be 284,339,275.
