Directors' dealing
The Company announces that it was informed on 27 February 2013 that on the same day, Caspar Veltheim, a director of the Company, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.5p per ordinary share. Caspar Veltheim now holds 429,500 ordinary shares representing 0.08 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Board was also informed today that Michael Salazar, a director of the Company, today purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.5p per ordinary share representing 0.09 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
