Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces that it was informed on 20 March 2015 that Antony Van Couvering, a director of the Company, acquired 119,015 ordinary shares at a price of 8.05p per ordinary share on 20 March 2015. As a result, Antony Van Couvering is now interested in 1,017,689 ordinary shares representing 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
