Director's Dealing and Correction of Holding
Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces it was informed on 23 September 2015 that on 22 September 2015, Guy Elliott, a director of the Company, acquired 650,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.31p per ordinary share and the Elliott Family Irrevocable Trust acquired 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.70p per ordinary share.
In addition, the Company has been informed that further to the announcement made on 17 July 2015, Mr Elliott's holding prior to yesterday's purchases was 20,500,000 ordinary shares representing 2.45 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, not 21,500,000 ordinary shares as originally stated.
As a result, Guy Elliott is now interested in 21,650,000 ordinary shares representing 2.59 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
