Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM: MMX), the top-level domain registry company, announces that Guy Elliott, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company has purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase Mr Elliott's total beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 23,850,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
