In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FSA'sĀ Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital now consists ofĀ 331,333,523Ā ordinary shares of 25 pence each with voting rights. The Company holds noĀ ordinaryĀ shares in Treasury.
The above figureĀ mayĀ be used by shareholders as theĀ denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they areĀ required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Management Consulting Group PLCĀ under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.Ā
