Management Consulting Group PLC31 January 2008 31 January 2008 Management Consulting Group PLC Notice of General Meeting On 10 January 2008, it was announced that Management Consulting Group PLC("MCG") had received notice from members whose shareholdings are managed byGartmore Investment Limited, requisitioning a General Meeting to consider aresolution to remove Kevin Parry from his office as a director of MCG (the"Resolution"). MCG announces that a circular containing a notice convening a General Meeting ofMCG to consider the Resolution will be posted to shareholders today. The circular sets out the reasons as to why the Board of MCG is unanimouslyrecommending shareholders to vote AGAINST the Resolution.
