Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 24 November 2021, Martin Hellawell, Non-Executive Chair of the Company (the "PDMR"), purchased 44,112 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 169.9999p per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Hellawell is now interested in 147,738 ordinary shares, equal to approximately 0.14% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
