Scrip Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for admission of 5,739,044 Ordinary shares of 30p each fully paid to the Official List, pursuant to Millennium & Copthorne's Scrip Dividend Scheme. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
