Scrip Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for a Scrip listing of 3,938,242 Ordinary shares of 30p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List. The shares should be admitted on 20 May 2011.
