Listing Application

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 125,000 new ordinary shares of 30 pence each in connection with the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Sharesave Plan.

Upon issuance, the shares will trade on The London Stock Exchange, be admitted to The Official List and rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to be effective at 8.00am on 2 August 2019.
