Director Change

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc (the "Company") announces that Sue Farr has notified the Board of Directors today of her intention to step down as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 30 October 2018. She has served on the Board since 12 December 2013. Following her resignation, the Board will continue to be comprised of a majority of independent Non-Executive Directors.
