Director Declaration

In accordance with LR 9.6.14 (2), Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("M&C") confirms that Nicholas George, Senior Independent Director of M&C, was appointed a non-executive director, with effect from 20 April 2016, of Henderson Far East Income Limited, an investment trust listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (LON: HFEL), which holds a diversified portfolio of investments traded on the Pacific, Australasian, Japanese and Indian stock markets. He will retire from the board of Aberdeen New Dawn Investment Trust plc with effect from 30 April 2016.
