Further to the announcement yesterday by Accrol Group Holdings plc ("Accrol") (AIM: ACRL) and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("M&C") announces that Martin Leitch, Independent Non-Executive Director of M&C and Chair of M&C's Audit Committee, was appointed to the Board of Accrol with immediate effect as its Interim Chief Financial Officer. Accrol is an AIM-listed leading independent tissue converter.
