Further to the announcement yesterday by Golden Agri-Resources Ltd and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("M&C") announces that Christian de Charnacé, Independent Non-Executive Director of M&C and a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committee, was appointed to the Board of Golden Agri-Resources Ltd with immediate effect as its Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee. Golden Agri-Resources Ltd is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, and is one of the leading palm-based agricultural businesses and consumer product companies.
