MILLENNIUM & COPTHORNE HOTELS PLC

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for the block listing of 200,000 Ordinary shares of 30p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.

These shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's 2003 Executive Share Option Scheme, and are expected to be admitted to trading on 30 March 2011.
